Wrap up all nice and cozy for an outdoor movie (Oct. 24 and 31)

October 22, 2008

If you saw an outdoor movie over the summer, chance are it was brought to you by Frontyard Features, which screened more than 200 films at various parks and public spaces. The ambitious crew is still at work; the final two films of the season are taking place this Friday and next (Oct. 24 and 31) in North St. Louis, in Crown Square Plaza at 14th and St. Louis Avenue.  Bring a blanket or two and a Thermos of warming beverage, and cuddle up for Ghostbusters this week and Psycho the next (on Halloween, appropriately).

And keep an eye on the comany’s homepage for details on the winter films; it’s currently seeking venues for more free films, like holiday flicks in November and December.  It’s also taking votes on what you’d like to see during the depths of winter.  Fargo, perhaps?
